NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)

• There are five NSS Units in the college ie. Unit Nos.58,59,63,131 and 160. 
• Each Unit enrolls 100 volunteers for regular activities. 
• They have their own special camping programmes during holidays.

The special objectives of the NSS are:

• Character building and personality development through community service.
• Improvement of environment.
• Promotion of National Integration on cultural, social and educational fronts.
• Promotion of family planning and health awareness in rural areas.
